Van Gogh Museum Amsterdam, Netherlands

The Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam houses the largest collection of artworks by Vincent van Gogh (1853-1890) in the world. On this page, you’ll find a selection of things to do for young children, school children, the ‘just curious’ and the ‘die hard art lovers’. There is a lot to discover online.

British Museum London, United Kingdom

The British Museum’s remarkable collection spans over two million years of human history and culture. When we first opened our doors in 1759, we proudly declared ourselves a place for ‘all studious and curious persons’. With that in mind, we’d like to share the many ways in which you can explore our galleries and the collection without stepping out your front door.

Trip Planing Steps & FAQ

How to pickup Destination?

We encourage you to visit our enormous collection of video tours, and we guarantee you will find the best Discovery to make!

Finding things to do?

Instead of generic travel advice, we prefer first-hand suggestions from travelers who’ve actually been there before. You can check Trip Advisor or WikiVoyage to pull suggestions.

Search for accommodation?

When traveling abroad, you can check HostelWorld to find budget-friendly hostels, hotels, and bed & breakfasts. If you like more homy setting you can look for a place to stay on AirBnB. Book with Superhosts – they’re the best of the best! And finally if you like close to nature setting , for booking campsites in the USA we use ReserveAmerica or Recreation.gov

How to keep yourself safe?

We love travel, but we don’t like dangerous travel. We recommend checking your insurance policy information about coverage! When traveling abroad, we research vaccines or medications we will need using the CDC website. Also look up what documentation you will need for each country: proof of vaccines, Visa requirements, etc. LonelyPlanet has a “survival guide” that covers all this information for each country.
